Food Safety and Quality Leadership
At Royal Pasta, the safety of the consumer is our number one priority. A systematic, continuous and scientifically driven food safety and quality system is in place to ensure the safety of every product. Pasta made at our facility is driven by industry, regulatory and customer standards and expectations. We want to make sure that our customers never have to worry about the safety of our products.
Focusing on Science-Based Standards
Providing food safety can be complex. Efforts must be applied at every step in the process from farm to fork. To that end, we continuously work to achieve a food quality system that is more transparent and science-based in order to strengthen the quality and safety of our product. In order to meet these standards, we have implemented programs that are widely recognized in the industry as both effective and proactive. Examples of these programs include but are not limited to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) systems. HACCP is an internationally recognized systematic and preventive approach to food safety focused on controlling biological, chemical and physical hazards within the food chain.

Supply Chain Quality Management
The path to quality products starts with ingredients well before they reach our manufacturing facility. To make quality products, we need quality ingredients. This is the reason why we only partner with suppliers who meet the highest industry quality standards. The approval process for a supplier is very rigorous, as they are expected to have their own Food Safety and Quality System in place as well as a reputation within the food industry for quality ingredients.

With our partnership to industry recognized and accredited companies that are expert in the field of Food Safety, Food Science, Product Testing, Pest Control, and Auditing, Royal Pasta Company strives to reduce food safety risks, adopt new best practices, and match our facility to the global food safety standard.
Kosher Certification
Royal Pasta Company is a Kosher OU inspected facility. We follow closely all rabbinical requirements including sourcing all ingredients that are certified kosher. Our production facility is inspected by a representative of the rabbinical agency several times a year.

Organic Certification
Royal Pasta Company is one of a few pasta companies in the US to manufacture organic pasta products. We are in full compliance with the National Organic Program and are certified by a leading organic certifying agency, Quality Assurance International.

USDA Approved Facility
Royal Pasta Company is an approved supplier for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Commodity Operations Domestic Program. Our facility is regularly inspected by a member of the USDA to ensure that all federal regulations and specifications are met.
