FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: I would like to purchase your pasta for use at home, how can I do that?
A: We sell primarily to foodservice and food manufacturing customers and are not set up for direct retail sales. We are working on getting our products into some restaurant supply stores that also sell to the public. Please fill out our "Contact Us" form and indicate what products you are interested in, and we will contact you when we have a distributor in your area.
Q: What is the proper way to cook pasta?
A: Please visit our Culinary Corner page. You can also send an email to our Corporate Chef for any specific preparation questions.
Q: How can I become a distributor of your pasta?
A: Please fill out the form on the Contact Us page, or call our office during normal business hours at 909-627-7312. We look forward to working with you.
Q: I am a restaurant operator and would like to sample your products. Where can I find them?
A: After selling direct for 125 years, we are just starting to roll our products out to distributors. While some of our products are carried by broad line distributors, we have much more to offer. Please call our office during normal business hours, or fill out the Contact Us form, and we will you get the samples you need to properly evaluate our products.
Q: We want to promote "local" on our menu. What can you do to help us?
A: Please visit the Library section of our web site, where you will find some icons that you can use to promote local products, along with a video promoting local sourcing. For all but our Organic products, the wheat is grown in California, milled in California and the pasta made in California. If you are in California, we're the only truly local supplier to our customer segments.
